Frequently Asked Questions

FAQs on free spins, daily check-ins, and tournaments

To access 9bd apps' daily check-in and free spins, you must first be a registered member. Once you log in, you'll find the "Daily Check-In" or "Daily Bonus" option on the home screen or under the "Promotions" section.

Log in once a day and tap the Check-In button to collect that day's reward. Rewards vary — some days you'll get free spins, other days bonus credits or a small cash prize. Check in on consecutive days and the rewards keep getting better; break the streak and the count resets from the beginning.

When you receive free spins, go to the designated slots game and click the "Free Spins" button — the spins run without deducting your balance and any winnings are added to your bonus balance. Free spins are generally valid for 24 hours, so use them in time or they'll expire. Keep push notifications enabled on the mobile app to get daily Check-In reminders.

9bd apps regularly hosts slots tournaments, Sports Betting leaderboards, and special events. To participate, you must be a registered member with a balance in your account.

To join a tournament, go to the "Promotions" or "Tournaments" section. The active tournament list shows each event's name, duration, prize pool, and eligibility conditions. Click "Join" to complete your registration.

In most slots tournaments, you earn points by placing bets on specific games — the more points you accumulate, the higher you climb. The top spots on the leaderboard take home the biggest prizes. Sports leaderboard rankings are based on net profit or total bet amount on a given tournament.

Tournament prizes are typically awarded as cash or bonus credits and are credited to your account automatically once winners are announced. Each tournament has its own rules — read them carefully before joining.
